The bondsman says his gun accidentally went off as he boxed in a car with a bail jumper inside at the 34th Street S restaurant.
Shot in the hand and heart was a woman in the car too.
The bail jumper is in custody. Joshua Allonso Malon, 26, is charged with three acts of aggravated assault with a firearm and felon in possession of a firearm from an incident on Oct.19, when investigators say he shot at 3 people,( no one hit) one of them a toddler, in the 3400 block of Queensboro Ave.S.
