The Sunshine Skyway Bridge linking Hillsborough and Pinellas counties across the mouth of Tampa Bay remains closed due to heavy fog.
FHP says visibility is less than 100 feet on top of the span.
The closure has thousands of motorists looking for alternate routes, further clogging up those roads.
