SILVER ALERT – MISSING/ENDANGERED ADULT – PUBLIC ASSISTANCE REQUEST
The Plant City Police Department continues to seek information regarding a SILVER ALERT issued last night for Irvin Elias Rupp.
Rupp HAS NOT been located and he has been diagnosed with dementia and is due to take his prescribed medication.
81-years-old Rupp was last seen Sunday at approximately 12:00 p.m., leaving his home at E. Carol Drive.
He was driving a white 1998 Chevrolet Lumina with a Florida tag of I861GQ, and was reported to be heading to a Plant City Drive-In restaurant to eat lunch.
The vehicle has slight damage to the left rear and right outside mirror.
Police say he was last seen wearing dark pants, a plaid tan and brown long sleeve button-down shirt, a dark colored jacket and was possibly wearing a dark colored “Mack” baseball style hat.
