The Pasco Sheriff’s Office continues to investigate a shooting that occurred at 1817 US 19 at the West Coast Spine and Injury Center in Holiday just before 11am this morning.
The police are still questioning the chiropractor, Dr. Lenny Linardos, to learn more about what led up to the shooting. The victim, 35-year-old Jaime Velez, is at an area hospital in critical condition. According to detectives, Velez entered the office just before 11 and there was some type of confrontation between the two men.
Detectives are still trying to determine what happened and if these two men knew each other.
