There’s been a second arrest in the Christmas Eve death of a 6 year old Englewood Florida boy.
22 year old Ashley Cole (seen above) is charged with taking part in the killing of young Jimmy Dearman, who died when his 270 pound father sat on him.
31 year old James Dearman (seen above) got angry when his young son would not behave while the elder Dearman and his girlfriend played video games.
So, Dearman forced his son to lay on the couch while he sat on him and continued playing video games.
Eventually the child stopped breathing and died.
Dearman called 911 and was arrested on aggravated manslaughter charges.
Cole allegedly prompted Dearman to do something radical to punish his son so the two could continue with their game.
A 7-year-old sibling was not injured and is with the Department of Children and Families.
