Sarasota Man Used Stolen Credit Cards Twice




The Sarasota Police Department is looking to the public for help in identifying a man who used a stolen credit card twice in Sarasota.

The victim contacted the Sarasota Police Department to report two fraudulent transactions using their credit card information. The first transaction occurred at the Publix located at 1044 N. Tamiami Trial in Sarasota on Oct. 29 at approximately 9:30 a.m. The second transaction occurred at another Publix located at 2031 Bay Street in Sarasota a half hour later.

The suspect is described as a white male in his late 20’s or 30’s with medium build, dark hair cut short on the sides and longer on top like a Mohawk. He was last seen wearing a black t-shirt and knee length gray shorts.
