The St. Petersburg Police would like the public’s help in identifying a man who is suspected of burglarizing cars in Tampa and then using the victim’s stolen credit cards in St. Petersburg.
According to police, the suspect in the burglaries only removed the victim’s credit cards while leaving their purses/wallets intact. Consequently the victims were not immediately aware their credit cards were missing until unauthorized charges began to appear on their credit statements.
