Suspect Steals Credit Card From Victim’s Cars

The St. Petersburg Police would like the public’s help in identifying a man who is suspected of burglarizing cars in Tampa and then using the victim’s stolen credit cards in St. Petersburg.

According to police, the suspect in the burglaries only removed the victim’s credit cards while leaving their purses/wallets intact. Consequently the victims were not immediately aware their credit cards were missing until unauthorized charges began to appear on their credit statements.

The suspect is a white male, 35-45 years old, 6’02 -6’04, and approximately 175 lbs. He was last seen wearing a red t-shirt with a headphone emblem on front, grayish colored shorts, flip flops, and a dark colored ball cap with the letter “F” on front. He also wears dark sunglasses. He is driving a white 2010 or 2011 Ford Escape. See attached flyer.
