St. Petersburg Police detectives are searching for 37-year-old Jesse Garcia.
Investigators believe he is the one seen in the surveillance video below, breaking into the Central Avenue Food Mart, 3000 Central Ave., on December 12, 2:27am.
In the video, the burglar breaks the glass on the door, and manages to slip in…between the metal bars.
