A woman’s St. Petersburg apartment is destroyed in a fire overnight. The fire broke out around 11:30 p.m. Sunday night at the apartment complex at 330 45th Ave. South. Her apartment is a total loss, but due to quick work by fire crews they were able to contain the fire to just her unit. The apartment complex has about 10 units and no others were affected. Red Cross is helping the woman who lost her apartment. Fire officials have said the fire was accidental.
