2 Men Steal Tools From St. Pete House

St. Petersburg police are seeking the public’s help in finding two suspects they say entered a residence under construction and stole some tools on August 28.

The incident happened in the 100 block of 16th Avenue Northeast. The suspects, who were caught on surveillance video, stole a tool box with miscellaneous tools and a Husky air compressor. Police say they may have gotten away in an older model gold or beige four door sedan; possibly a Mazda Protg.

The first suspect is a white male, between 20 and 30 years old with a full beard, longer red or strawberry blonde hair and tattoos on both upper arms and abdomen.

The second suspect is also between 20 and 30 years old, white male, clean shaven with low cut brown or black hair and no visible tattoos.
