Racist Video Leads To Closing Of Fraternity At Oklahoma

The University of Oklahoma at Norman is immediately severing “all ties and affiliations” between the school and its local Sigma Alpha Epsilon fraternity, the university president announced on Monday, in the wake of a video that purportedly shows members of the chapter singing a racist chant.

The University’s president called the behavior in the video reprehensible and said the school is investigating The decision comes on the heels of the announcement by the National Headquarters of the fraternity that it was closing its chapter at the university.
