Supermarket giant Publix is warning against believing a coupon that is apparently showing up on Facebook newsfeeds.
The coupon offers $100 off on a purchase of $120 or more.
At the very least, the alleged 83 percent savings sounds darn good.
But Publix says it is a hoax, and probably couldn’t stay in business offering that kind of break.
The Lakeland-based chain is investigating who’s responsible.
