A dispute between neighbors ends with a man shot.
It happened on Hickery Hill Drive in Port Richey when 56 year old Frank Rogers went next door with his gun to threaten a woman about letting her 15 cats roam in his yard.
Cops were called, Rogers threatened to open fire, so they shot him.
Rogers is expected to survive.
