13th District Florida U.S. Congressman David Jolly hasn’t even officially declared his candidacy yet, and a new poll has him leading other announced contenders far and away.
The St. Pete Polls survey of likely voters has Jolly with 22 percent compared to Congressman Jeff Miller’s 12 percent, Lieutenant Governor Carlos Lopez-Cantera’s 11 percent, and Congressman Ron DeSantis’ 9 percent.
Jolly is expected to announce that he is running for the seat soon.
The seat they are all going for is the one currently held by Republican U.S. Senator Marco Rubio, who has announced he is running for president.
