Hillsborough deputies are searching for a man who robbed a Walgreen’s in Sun City Center.
According to the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office, a suspect entered the Walgreen’s located at 705 N. Pebble Beach Blvd. in Sun City Center at 7:41 p.m. on Sunday evening. Deputies say he waited until there were no customers and approached the front counter. He pointed what looks like a firearm from the inside pocket of his sweatshirt and demanded money from the register. He then left teh store with an undisclosed amount of cash.
Deputies say the suspect is a white male, 18-25 years old, 5′-5′” tall, 110-145 lbs, fair complexion, brown hair with a thin strap beard and a mustache. He was last seen wearing black shorts, black Nike “23” hooked sweatshirt and black sneakers.
