Police: Masked Men Rob Bradenton Wendy’s

Two masked men robbed a Wendy’s in Bradenton Wednesday morning and made off with cash.

According to Manatee County deputies, the men stormed the restaurant around 1 a.m. and pointed guns, forcing three employees to the ground, while another was forced into the back office.

They forced the employee to open a safe and took money out and fled. Police only have a limited description of the suspects.

The men are said to be six feet tall, wearing all black with black shirts covering their faces.

Authorities spent hours interviewing witnesses and combing the perimeter.

No one was injured in the incident and the store is scheduled to open at 10 a.m.
