The Winter Haven Police have arrested one suspect in a Winter Haven robbery. They are still searching for two more suspects.
Deontae Neal, 21, of Winter HAven was arrested and charged with armed robbery, armed burglary, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and resisting arrest without violence. He was booked in the Polk County Jail.
One of the other suspects Jamario Harvey approached the victim outside of his home. Then Neal held a gun to his head demanding money. Then Neal proceeded to take all of the victim’s money and identification.
Police then chased Neal and were able to arrest him after finding him hiding in a shed. The other two suspects got away and are still missing.
