A mother is dead and her two children are in serious condition after a drunken driver clipped their pick up truck while trying to pass them on State Road 60 in Plant City.
The pick up rolled over, tossing 45 year old Maria Olivas out.
46 year old Brian Defreitas (seen above) is charged with DUI manslaughter.
He’s been arrested for drunken driving four other times in Polk County.
