(UPDATE 5:30 p.m.) Wreckage from the twin engine plane that disappeared after taking off this morning from Lakeland-Linder Airport has been found in extreme southwest Georgia.
There is no word yet on the fate of two people on board.

A small plane is missing after taking off from Lake-Linder Airport this morning.
The twin engine Cessna was supposed to lake at a Thomas County Georgia airfield at 10 a.m. but never arrived.
Officials say it likely went down just north of the Florida-Georgia border.
There’s no word how many people are on board.
