Obama, Castro Attend Summit Of The Americas

President Obama and Cuban President Raul Castro will both be in Panama City attending the Summit of the Americas beginning Thursday, and the big question is what their encounter will entail… a quick handshake, a little chat, or perhaps an actual one-on-one sit down.

We’ll have the answer as early as Thursday, though still no word as to whether anything formally has been planned. Meanwhile the State Department has issued its recommendation on the removal of Cuba from the list of state sponsors of terror. President Obama has not announced his decision on the matter.

Arlette Saenz is in Panama City, and will have the latest on President Obama’s trip.
