SEOUL, South Korea (AP) — North Korea says it’s holding an American tourist for committing an unspecified crime. The Korean Central News Agency says authorities are investigating Jeffrey Edward Fowle for committing acts inconsistent with the purpose of a tourist visit. The report says Fowle entered North Korea April 29. North Korean authorities have been holding two other Americans — one also since April and the other since November 2012.
