LACONIA, N.H. (AP) — The sister of a New Hampshire man accused of strangling a man at a Laconia home offering mental health care says her brother has struggled with mental illness his entire life.
Nineteen-year-old Kasey Riley was being arraigned Tuesday on a second-degree murder charge in the death Monday of 27-year-old Zachary March. They were living at a home owned by Genesis Behavioral Health.
