A Naples man is in a medically-induced coma a day after his electronic cigarette exploded in his face.
21 year old Evan Spahlinger has burns to his face and neck from the first blast.
He also has lung damage after the damaged e-cig managed to go down his throat and explode again.
Investigators believe the blasts were caused by the lithium battery used to power the device.
