Murder Charges For FL Teen In Shooting

ORLANDO, Fla. (AP) _ A 16-year-old boy faces a second-degree murder charge after another teen was fatally shot in a central Florida home.

The shooting happened Saturday. Police say several teens at a home in Apopka were playing with a gun when it fired.

Authorities say 15-year-old Destiny Bargman died from her injuries.

Police say the boy, Destiny and several other teens were shooting the gun in the backyard.

At some point the teens moved into the home and continued playing with the gun.

The Orlando Sentinel reports several people called 911 around 12:45 p.m. Saturday to report a shooting.

The Associated Press is not identifying the teen because of his age.

An investigation continues.
