More Rain for Tuesday

After a decent coverage of storms on Monday, Tuesday promises even more rain across the area.  There will be a couple of pop up showers leading into lunch time, but most of the rain will begin after lunch as we approach 90 degrees.  Rain chances increase to 50% today and tomorrow, with 60% on Thursday as a weak tropical wave moves across south Florida.  With the overall level of moisture in the atmosphere increasing, storms can produce heavy rainfall amounts over the next few days.

Temperatures will remain near the average of 90 as skies will tend to fill with clouds each afternoon.

Today: Partly cloudy skies turn mostly cloudy this afternoon as shower and storms develop 50%.  Winds will be variable 5-10 mph.

Tonight: Partly cloudy with an isolated shower along the coast 20%.  Winds will be light with lows in the mid 70s.
