Missouri Awaits Ferguson Ruling, Prepares For Violence

Local and state leaders in Missouri are preparing for the possibility of heightened unrest in and around St. Louis when a grand jury either indicts Ferguson Police Officer Darren Wilson or clears him of wrongdoing in the shooting death of an unarmed teenager this summer.

The panel could release its decision as early as next week, either ordering a trial for Wilson, or closing the book on the killing of Michael Brown. ABC’s Jim Ryan tells us about the contingency plans announced by Gov. Jay Nixon on Tuesday.
