Missing Runaway: Dinhngo Nguyen

Dinhngo Nguyen is a 16-year-old boy who has been missing for nearly a week.

Nguyen was a very intelligent, straight-A student, who composed his own music. This Beatles fan seemed to be a normal 16-year-old boy, but unfortunately didn’t have the easiest time making friends at school.

He was allegedly bullied at John Hopkins Middle School, possibly causing his disappearance.

Dinhngo does not have a vehicle and is believed to be traveling on foot, possibly in either North St. Petersburg or Clearwater.

DOB:  7-6-97 4726 22nd Avenue North.

He is an Asian male and is described as 5’5″ tall, 140 lbs, black buzzed cut
hair, glasses, and was last seen wearing a blue shirt and grey shorts. He is
described as very introverted.

He was last seen wearing the same blue shirt that he is wearing in the attached photograph and was also carrying a clear-colored backpack.

Dinhngo Nguyen is considered endangered because he suffers from mental and physical conditions that require him to take prescription medications, but he has not taken those medications since he left home on the evening of July 23, 2013.

His father, Phuc Nguyen, last saw Dinhngo at home on July 23, 2013 at 11:00 p.m. and found him missing the next morning and called the police department.

If anyone has any information on his whereabouts, please call our Department’s Communicatons Center at 727-893-7780 or Civilian Investigator Deanna Mobley at 727-892-5073.
