Clearwater Police are asking for the public’s help in locating a woman who walked away from an assisted living facility.
Polce say Suzanne Nuxoll, 79, was last was seen about 11 p.m. Sunday at Brookdale Clearwater assisted living facility, 2750 Drew St. Workers there noticed her missing about 3 a.m. Monday and called Clearwater Police. Police say Nuxoll has dementia.
She has light gray hair and blue eyes, stands 5 feet 5 inches tall and has a normal build. She last was seen wearing blue jeans, a short-sleeve blue shirt and white tennis shoes.
Clearwater Police patrol and K9 units have searched the area around the facility and surrounding areas.
