A double murderer gets the biggest break of his life as an appeals court has thrown out Michael McAdams convictions in the Dade City slayings of his estranged wife, Linda, and her boyfriend, William Andrews.
The court says police failed to let McAdams see his lawyer and failed to read him his rights. This means all evidence collected after McAdams’ arrest, including the bodies, won’t be allowed at his new trial.
The 52 year old remains in jail.
