Bay News 9 has reported that a marijuana plant was found growing inside a city planter in downtown Tampa on Tuesday, according to police.
A 26-year-old man was walking to lunch with his brother spotted the plant and contacted Bay News 9.
The planter is located on the corner of N. Franklin Street and Madison Street, right across the street from the Tampa Police Department building.
