An 8 year old boy faces aggravated assault charges after he pulled a small knife and threatened a teacher at a local school.
Officials say it happened at Orange Ridge-Bullock Elementary School on 30th Avenue W as the teacher was trying to get the child into class.
The boy apparently did not want to go, so he pulled the knife and made the threat.
No one was injured.
District officials say they will help get the student and his family the help they need with the troubled child.
