A man suspected of killing his wife was arrested in Flagler County Tuesday morning.
According to the St. Petersburg Police, 46-year-old Darryl Warren was arrested around 6:00 a.m. near Bushnell after he pulled over for engine problems. He did not resist arrest.
Police say he bludgeoned his wife Barbra, 57, to death in a domestic dispute in their home at 3033 Melrose Avenue South. He then left the house.
According to his records, Warren served in state prison for first-degree attempted murder, aggravated child abuse, and grand theft auto in 1993. Two years later he was released on supervised probation.
