A Lancaster County man has pleaded guilty to first-degree murder for the beating death of his infant son.
Prosecutors said the couple tortured the baby, refused to get him medical treatment, and struck him on the head until he died Oct. 18, 2012.
An autopsy revealed the baby had been abused for at least a week before he died of the head injuries.
The child also suffered nine broken ribs, facial injuries, burn marks and massive injuries to his genitals, according to investigators.
