The man convicted of lewd and lascivious exhibition after families looked on as he had sex with his girlfriend on Bradenton Beach will be sentenced Monday.
Prosecutors are asking the judge to sentence 40 year old Jose Caballero to two and a half years in prison.
His girlfriend, 21 year old Elissa Alvarez, got time served and had to register as a sex offender.
Caballero faces prison because of his previous cocaine trafficking conviction.
He served 8 years in prison for that.
