On Tuesday, Pinellas Park police arrested a man who was giving marijuana to a 10 and 12 year old girl who were known to him. According to police, the man also encouraged the girls to use a sex toy on each other, while he was holding onto one of the girls. The girls were clothed at the time. The police were able to confiscate computers and other evidence of illegal activities.
The man was identified as 58-year-old Moise Rosario. Rosario was arrested for two counts of lewd and lascivious conduct and two counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
Rosario is in the Pinellas County Jail on the aforementioned charged where he is being held without bond.
The identities of the victims and their relationship to their abuser are being withheld to protect their identities.
