A 40 year old man will do two and a half years in prison for having sex on Bradenton beach in plain sight of children.
Jose Caballero could have gotten 15 years behind bars, but prosecutors told the judge that 30 months was enough for lewd and lascivious exhibition.
Caballero got prison because he once did 8 years for drug trafficking.
His girlfriend, 21 year old Elissa Alvarez, got time served.
Both must register as sex offenders.
