Jumbotron Spurs Alamo Standoff Between Anti-Abortion Activists, City

Officials in San Antonio, Texas, have barred anti-abortion activists from using a projection TV screen to show graphic videos of live abortions during rallies at the Alamo. The city’s director of development services says it isn’t the content of the video, but the use of the Jumbotron that’s prohibited.

Pro-life groups call the ordinance banning “digital signs on historic property” a red herring meant to limit their free speech.
