Amber Alert Issued For 1-Year-Old Boy

A Florida AMBER Alert has been issued for Lonzie Barton, a white 1-year-old boy with blonde hair, blue eyes, approximately 2 feet, six inches tall, and approximately 20 pounds. He was last seen in the area of 8000 block of Old KingsRoad in Jacksonville, wearing a diaper.
