Interview: Situation In Iraq Remains Perilous


Iraqi military officials say Sunni militants have captured two border crossings, one with Jordan and another with Syria, as they press on with their offensive in one of Iraq’s most restive regions. And if the region wasn’t hot enough, Israel says it has carried out airstrikes on nine targets inside Syria, including a regional command center, in response to a deadly cross-border attack that killed an Israeli teenager a day earlier.
