Interview: Middle East Derails Obama’s Focus

President Obama had hoped to shift Washington’s focus this week to infrastructure spending on American roads and bridges but likely won’t happen due to the conflicts between Israelis and Palestinians in Gaza, the pressure to get a deal done with Iran over its nuclear program and the situation with ISIS taking over parts of Iraq and Syria.
