Interview: ISIS Leader Calls On Muslims To Help

Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi, the leader of the extremist group ISIS, that’s swept over much of northern Syria and Iraq, has called on Muslims to help build an Islamic state. Baghdadi says in an audiotape, ‘Muslims, rush to your state,’ calling on scholars, judges, doctors, engineers and people with military and administrative expertise to join, which could strengthen the militant group’s control even further. ABC News correspondent Tom Rivers talks about the latest in the situation with ISIS.
