The social networking site announced Thursday it is rolling out a new tool that allows its users to track their friends in real time. Flipping on the feature in the Facebook mobile app lets you share your general or specific location with friends. The idea: to make it easier to meet up with friends or let a worried parent know you’ve arrived safely. Sounds a little creepy…that is until you realize the feature can be turned off.
