At 1:55 am, Hillsborough County Fire Rescue units responded to a mobile home fire at 13110 McIntosh Rd in Thonotosassa.
The home was not occupied at the time of the incident. Due to the lack of fire hydrants in the area, water tanker units were called to assist. Firefighters quickly extinguished the flames from all directions and had it under control in 30 minutes.
The Fire Investigator was called to the scene and at this time the cause of the fire is under investigation.
There are no reports of injuries to civilians or fire rescue personnel.
