A Palm Harbor man, who deputies say has outstanding warrants on drug and battery charges, has been identified as the victim of a fatal shooting Tuesday night in Holiday.
Pasco County deputies say Quantrell Franklin Keller, 23, was shot around 11 p.m. at 4904 Rosedale Lane and later died at a local hospital.
