Could Historically Cheap Oil Have A Down Side?

Oil prices have continued a decline they began late last year and consumers are reaping the rewards, as the cost of gasoline approaches a national average of $2 per gallon. But could this silver lining have a big, dark cloud? Economists say that it could and are warning that, unless oil prices start to rebound, energy companies and those that supply them could be forced to cut their workforces.
