A Hillsborough sheriff’s deputy has just minor injuries after some scary moments this morning.
The deputy had just walked up to a car parked at Morris Bridge and Copeland Roads because he saw the driver slumped over the wheel.
At that instant, the driver perked up, and drove off, hitting the deputy.
The driver is still on the loose.
