Tampa’s Newest Urban Residential Development Set For Hyde Park

TAMPA (October 23, 2012) – Pollack Shores Real Estate Group will celebrate the groundbreaking of NOHO Flats at North Hyde Park, scheduled to open Fall of 2013, on Wednesday, October 24th. The ceremony will be located onsite at 405 N Rome St., Tampa FL, 33606.

The 311-unit urban apartment community represents a $36.7 million investment for Pollack Shores in the neighborhood just west of Downtown Tampa. NOHO Flats is also located adjacent to the 20-acre site of the future Tampa General Hospital rehab center. These two developments are projected to spark additional investments in the surrounding area north of Kennedy Boulevard.

Three (3) unique designer finish palettes will be offered that include custom cabinets, quartz countertops, vinyl plank faux wood flooring in foyer & kitchen, carpet in living room, dining room & bedrooms, custom tile in bathrooms and kitchen backsplash, and stainless steel appliances.

 

The groundbreaking ceremony will take place on Wednesday, October 24th. Brunch will be catered by local restaurant New Soul Kitchen. Speakers will include: Tampa Mayor Bob Buckhorn; Steven Shores, President of Pollack Shores Real Estate Group; and Anthony Everett, Director of Central Florida for Pollack Shores.
