According to 11Alive.com, Madison Turner was pulled over and ticked for eating his double quarter-pounder with cheese while driving. The officer told Turner he was driving fine, he was just eating and that was the offense.
Attorney Tom Salata says he has never seen anything quite like it. He says usually there is another offense involved.
Sgt. Stephanie Stallings of the Georgia State Patrol says she has never seen anything like it either.
