Police are investigating a shooting outside a Bradenton gas station this morning.
Deputies say Ruben Harris, 29, was shot and killed in the parking lot at a gas station at 836 – 301 Boulevard East about 3:20 a.m.
Harris, 29, died at the scene, according to deputies.
Investigators believe Harris may have been shot following an altercation.
