ORLANDO, Fla. (AP) — A federal jury in Orlando has convicted a man of molesting a child at a theme park and producing child pornography.
The US Attorney’s Office said 27-year-old Michael Brian Grzybowicz of Cocoa was found guilty Monday of sexual exploitation of a child and child pornography charges. He faces a mandatory minimum of 30 years in prison when he is sentenced later.
Federal prosecutors said Grzybowicz went to SeaWorld with a family and was asked to watch two children while their parents were on a ride. While he was doing that, prosecutors said, he molested their 2-year-old daughter and took explicit pictures with his cellphone.
He then emailed the photos to his personal email account. Two days later, his wife found one of the photographs on his phone and called police.
